This is a restorative yoga class. Yoga is an excellent way to work out soreness, stretch muscles, and prevent injury.
Skills Required: No prior yoga experience needed. This class can be completed by sitting in a chair OR from the floor.
Equipment required:
- sturdy chair (no wheels and no arms) or a yoga mat
Exercise Level Variations: Exercises are provided at Levels 1 through 4. Exercises can be done sitting in a chair or on the floor.
